History

Kentucky Lions Youth Camp for children who are blind or visually impaired began in 1982. For over 40 years we have devoted ourselves to helping children who are visually impaired have amazing experiences.

We provide a week of traditional fun and camp activities. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for eligible youth to share a week of fun with their peers. We hope to promote self-confidence, teamwork, and self-reliance. We aim to challenge the campers through activities to encourage personal growth.

In short, fun with a purpose!
